MartinLogan is a renowned American manufacturer of high-end loudspeakers, known for its electrostatic and hybrid models. Founded in 1979 by Gayle Martin Sanders and Ron Logan Sutherland. In 1979, Gayle Martin Sanders and Ron Logan Sutherland created MartinLogan to design a reliable and practical electrostatic loudspeaker, solving the problems of safety, space, bass and durability. In 1981, the MartinLogan Monolith became the first commercially viable electrostatic loudspeaker, winning numerous awards and patents. During the 1980s and 1990s, MartinLogan launched iconic electrostatic models such as the CLS , Aerius , SL3 , Quest and reQuest , and expanded its line into home theater.

Advanced MicroPerf stator technology, which allows for double the exposed surface area of ​​the electrostatic diaphragm compared to a traditional electrostatic panel of the same size. An electrostatic panel reinforced with ClearSpar rigid spacers, allowing an exact tension level to be maintained on the vacuum-bonded diaphragm without obscuring the beautiful transparent design. Add to this the sleek, pointed arrow design of the new AirFrame Blade construction and you have an extremely evocative composition that creates a seamless connection between the panel and its subwoofer.

Improvements

Inspired by our own revolutionary design, we've reimagined the Impression ESL 11A speaker section, featuring new dual 275-watt Class-D amplifiers and driven by a Vojtko DSP 24 and ARC motor (Correction from Anthem Part) . Using two 8-inch, laser-designed, low-distortion aluminum cone woofers in compact, independently isolated enclosures, proprietary PoweredForce Forward bass alignment technology controls the interaction between the rear-firing woofer and the wall behind this woofer. With a clever phase-shift design, we minimize the effect of the wall on bass information that may bounce around the listening room. This even frequency response provides realistic bass effects.
