Building DIY Cabinets

Meticulously handcrafted for optimal performance that lasts for decades. Lock-Miter assembly is a complex woodworking procedure where edges physically fit together. The resulting speaker is up to 5 times stronger than traditional V Groove speakers. Internal and external plating resists warping, structurally reinforces and ensures consistent optimal performance. Industry-unique borosilicate damping manages dissipation, keeps the speaker musically alive and never deteriorates. Popular materials like poly fillers eventually break down, significantly affecting performance. Variable density fiberboard is denser on the ends than on the inside to reduce repetitive knots and resonances.

Handmade crossovers

Totem crossovers don't require many parts due to the synergy between our custom drivers, but the components are the best in the world. Our crossovers are not built on PCBs because the laminated conductor traces are weak and inconsistent. Instead, they are attached to a thin piece of fiberboard or insulated polymers and the components are mechanically crimped together because it simply sounds better. When we need to solder, we choose WBT silver solder, the purest in the industry.
